Terminology
- A. Bank - Number of tab divisions down the length of the sheet. The example would be a bank of 5 tabs.
- B. Mylar - A plastic reinforcement applied to the tab extension, which protects the tab from frequent handling
- C. Trilar - A plastic reinforcement applied to the tab extension which can be printed on using a copier or laser printer
- D. Edge Reinforcing - A plastic strip applied down the length of the sheet which protects the binding edge
- E. Collation - Straight, Reverse or Groups
